Assembly Operator

Minghua Mexico California - Fremont, CA


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Assembles plastic automotive parts, according to directions.
  • Work in various stations and use hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, and product inconsistencies.
  • Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
  • Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
  • Must be flexible with our schedule we work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a successfully background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
  • Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to differentiate between colors, colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
  • Must wear gloves.



Quality Inspector

Job Summary:


As a Quality Inspector you will check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment.That way our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise so that we can achieve long-term success.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Understand, adhere to and practice safety guidelines in the production environment.
  • Inspects and approves finish goods / in-process / raw material product by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and nonconformity material, and inputs data into quality database.
  • Report and feedback to associates regarding recurrent defects and escalate to supervisors.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Must have good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Attention to detail, reporting and documentation skills.

Education and Experience:


  • 1-2 years of demonstrated success as Quality Inspector / Quality Control in the Automotive industry (preferably).
  • Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of standing or walking.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.




Forklift Driver

Job Summary:


The Logistics Material Handler/Forklift Driver assures that during the shift the logistics teammates gives production the best possible service considering using the available resources. Participate and promote teamwork environment which may motivate team to achieve department and company goals in constant basis.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Assure Safety personal usage of equipment and promotes teammates to work under safety standards
  • Works in such a way that parts and components get to the plan and to the customer in proper quality conditions, quantity, and on time
  • Responsible to move material and packaging, components feeding to the assembly line, following work instructions, formats, and proposing improvements
  • Responsible to keep accurate material and stock control, to assure the material is stored vs system information, location, and label
  • Maintain close communication with production and quality team to supply any material to the assembly line as required notify and escalate to Shift Leader any issues that may arise and foresee and anticipate shortages and missing materials
  • Participate in training, workshops, and meetings as required
  • Maintains and keeps the integrity of the building, 5s, clean areas, organized per layout and related instructions
  • Support warehouses and packaging areas to meet Minghua's goals
  • Responsible to follow all company policies, instructions, rules, and time schedules

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Fluent on English (Speak and write)
  • Able to use Excel, Words (Preferable)
  • Knowledge of material handling, forklift driving, follow procedures
  • Positive attitude, flexible work schedules, energetic, and able to perform physical activities

Human Resource Generalist

Job Description:


The Human Resource Generalist will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.


Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR Team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
